- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Let us know about 40 minutes before you arrive: the street door and the apartment door open remotely and we send you the entry code.
- Italian law requires the ID documents of all guests before entry: you can send them in advance by WhatsApp or email.
- Luggage cannot be left in the apartment before check-in: there are left-luggage offices at Termini station.
Main rules
- No smoking inside.
- The building rules require quiet from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Please leave the apartment tidy (as you found it).
Extra costs
- City tax: €6 per person per night.
- Cleaning: one-time fee (shown in the quote during booking).
